A message from the Ambassador
It is my honour to welcome you to the official website of the Embassy of the Republic of The Gambia in the Kingdom of Spain.
The relationship between our two nations is rooted in decades of friendship and a shared commitment to democracy, the rule of law and sustainable development. Over the years, that relationship has matured into a partnership covering trade, culture, education, tourism, fisheries and the protection of human rights.
This Embassy exists for two purposes. First, to serve the Gambian community in Spain — to issue passports, register births and marriages, support those in distress, and provide a reliable bridge home. Second, to promote The Gambia — to introduce Spanish investors and travellers to our country's exceptional people, climate and opportunities.
